3 tips for becoming a morning person

The work and school are starting which means we will have to get up earlier than usual. Although, sleeping is nice, getting up earlier has tons of advantages such as more time for work, more productivity, and you will feel more energetic and motivated throughout the day as well.

So how to become a morning person? You think it's very hard because it's a huge change in your lifestyle. But it is not. I will write 3 effective tips from my experience that will help you become a morning person and a person who loves a morning. (yes, you should love every morning!)


#1 Plan it as interesting and inspiring morning

Imagine that amazing adventures, the interesting day is waiting you out in the next morning which you wouldn't want to miss! Plan your mouth-watering breakfast to eat, plan your kick-ass outfit to wear, and plan every fascinating to-do's you will check off during that day that you can't wait to do all of the things. This tip is supposed to let you know why you should get up early, why you should see the sun-rising and start your day. Always remember you have something to look forward to.

Pro tip: you can set some energetic playlist that makes you want to dance help you motivate to get stuff done.

#2 Avoid any distractions

If you really want to get up early in the morning, you should definitely avoid screens before 30 minutes of sleep. Don't use a tablet, laptop, phone in the bed. It makes it hard to sleep and causes bad effect on your brain if you sleep with your phone beside you. On the other hand, build relaxing, calming environment, or have a routine that relaxes you to sleep. For example, drinking hot chocolate, having a bath, lighting candles or whatever you like. I personally like lighting scented candles, the scent makes me feel good.

#3 Make it a habit

So, you woke up early today. And who knows, maybe you'll hit the snooze and continue your night owl life tomorrow. So make sure you wake up early for 24 days (according to studies, it takes 24 days to make something habit), and also make sure that you love waking up early. If you love every morning, it won't be a problem to wake up!

Pro tip: Drink a glass of water right after you wake up. It will refreshen you instantly.
